A NORTH-EAST firm of solicitors has appointed a new member to its employment law team.

Theresa Carling-Wiggins, who has eight years of experience working in employment law, has joined Mincoff Jacksons, of Stockton.

Ms Carling-Wiggins, who was born in the North-East, most recently worked at Ward Hadaway, in Newcastle, and has experience in both the public and private sectors.

She has successfully defended tribunal claims and has undertaken employment tribunal advocacy across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
