ANOTHER major new tenant has been secured by Jomast’s commercial property division for Sun Alliance House in Middlesbrough.
HFC Bank Ltd, a member of the HSBC Group, has agreed to lease office accommodation at the Albert Road site following relocation.
The company, which operates as Beneficial Finance, offers a range of personal banking services and is due to open its new offices shortly.
This latest move follows a series of new tenant wins by Jomast at Sun Alliance House, with in excess of 16,000 sq ft of office space being leased over recent months.
New clients include UK recruitment agency Manpower plc, national welfare to work agency Reed in Partnership, residential sales and letting company Martin & Co, and national employment and skills agency Working Links.
Mark Hill, Jomast commercial property manager, said: “Sun Alliance House offers a central location for businesses and has proved popular with companies looking for modern office accommodation at competitive rates.
“Our ability to refit and refurbish suites to meet specific client requirements is of huge benefit to many companies and one of the many reasons why we have been successful in securing tenancies in the current climate.”
Stockton-based Jomast is one of the North-East’s leading residential and commercial property developers.
