THERE have been several moves in the technology sector this week, with York computer services business Access Intelligence appointing Michael Jackson as executive chairman and David Lowe as non-executive director.

Mr Jackson, 58, has specialised in raising finance and investing in the smaller companies sector for the past 20 years. He is founder and chairman of Elderstreet Investments Ltd, which is best known for its investment in young, ambitious technology businesses.

Mr Lowe, 54, has been at Elderstreet Investments Ltd since 1996, where he became a director last year.
