MADI MACKAY is going back to her roots to take up a role with North-East creative agency bgroup.
Ms Mackay was born in Newcastle, but her family moved to York when she was ten.
She has come back to the place of her birth to join the 20-strong team at bgroup's Charlotte Square offices in Newcastle as an account manager.
Si Bales, bgroup managing director, said: "The number of exiles coming back to the region shows that it has become an extremely attractive option for people in the creative industries who want both a high quality of life and the opportunity to build a successful career."
