Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets has appointed Stephen Carmichael as director in its North- East office, where alongside recent recruit, Gary Chapman, he will lead a team created for corporate finance transactions.
Mr Carmichael was voted the Insider Dealmaker Corporate Banker of the Year for the North- East of England last year.
