l McINERNEY Homes North-East, the owner of Bowey Homes, has made a key appointment who will direct sales across the region.
GARY ANDERSON joins the newly-expanded company as sales director, and brings with him more than 30 years' experience in the housing industry in the area, through positions held with Yuill Homes and more recently Broseley Homes.
His role will be to oversee the bringing together of the two companies' sales and marketing activities.
He will also work with the development and land team, with the aim of securing new sites to grow the company further.
Barry Smith, managing director of McInerney Homes North East, said: "Gary has joined our management team at a very important time for the business and his experience in similar roles will be invaluable to our ongoing expansion plans.
"I'm confident that Gary's skills and aptitude for the role will help drive our business forward and I'm delighted he has chosen to come and work with us."
