AN organic food company has expanded into North Yorkshire with the opening of a depot.
Abel & Cole began delivering its products from its York site yesterday and is hoping to forge partnerships with other organic food producers in the region.
The London company, which already delivers more than 700 products to customers nationwide, wants to expand its portfolio of food produced in and around the York area. Craig Nicholson, of Abel & Cole, said: "We're looking forward to bringing the best organic food to people's homes, making sure that we do everything we can to minimise our impact on the environment."
Abel & Cole is looking for organic farmers and producers to join its home delivery scheme.
