John graduated from Salford University with an Honours Degree in Podiatry, and gained experience working with the NHS and private healthcare providers, before setting up Foot Stop in 2010

Carole Dawson has 30 years’ experience in Natural Health, practising Reflexology and teaching the original, Japanese style of Reiki called Jikiden Reiki - meaning 'directly passed down'
Reflexology is used within the clinic, to treat all systems of the body via the feet. This treatment can help with anything from back, neck and shoulder issues, to stress, insomnia and depression, and the effects of chemotherapy.
It’s a very good all-round treatment which can also help runners to perform better.
An extra benefit to having Reflexology is that it loosens up the feet in preparation for the use of insoles.
Carole also delights in empowering others to take charge of their own health and well-being with her regular local Reiki courses, showing how Reiki can be used within the family for day to day ailments as well as more serious conditions.
Reiki is a holistic treatment which can help you physically, mentally and emotionally.
It is carried out over clothing, on a massage bed and is suitable for any age or state of health. The therapist places hands lightly on areas of the body to make energy available for healing.

Physiotherapist, Sarah Johnson, qualified from Teesside University and then spent six years working for the NHS, gathering experience and confidence as a therapist, before moving into full time private practice.
She is a spinal specialist of 26 years’ experience, often solving spinal problems that have been untreatable by others, giving many people relief after years of chronic pain.
Regular treatment and management could dramatically improve their quality of life. With the correct bespoke treatment programme, Sarah can help people to restore function and reduce pain, where NHS treatment has failed.
She also treats all musculoskeletal problems, which means any pain or injury involving the joints or soft tissue of the body. This could be a new injury or something that someone has lived with for many years.
Sarah is predominantly hands-on in her approach, and often incorporates the use of acupuncture for pain relief.
