DEVELOPER Terrace Hill yesterday reported it has made "strong progress" in recent months.
The Alternative Investment Market-listed company, which has a base on Teesside, said it was following its record year last year with continued progress, and had scored particular success with contracts in the South of England.
Terrace Hill also has major interests in the North-East - working on the £500m Middlehaven development, in Middlesbrough, and Stockton's Teesdale Business Park, where the company has its regional base.
The group, which recently raised £25m though an additional share placing, is working on major office developments in Southampton, Croyden, and London's Covent Garden, which have a combined value of about £200m.
Managing director Philip Leech said: "We continue to experience strong demand and remain confident that the group's current growth will continue and will be reflected in our forthcoming interim results."
Terrace Hill release its half-year results on July 4.
