DURHAM University has re-appointed consultancy Waterstons to provide IT FM services at its Business School.
Having provided the Business School with IT services for the last 12 years, the contract is for a possible four year term and is worth in excess of £1m. It’s the fifth time it has been renewed with Durham City-based Waterstons.
Susan Bell, chief executive of Waterstons, said: “We are absolutely thrilled at our re-appointment. Our mutually supportive and collaborative partnership with the Business School enables us to anticipate their needs and align technology to meet the strategic goals of Durham University as a whole. Waterstons’ flexible and dynamic approach ensures the Business School and Durham University continue to receive best value from us and, wherever possible, ensures a return on their investment.”
In addition to their contract success, Waterstons were also winners of the ‘Outstanding Communications’ category in Durham University’s recent Supplier Recognition Awards programme.
