International project management and services group Amec yesterday said it had completed the sale of the business and assets, including certain contracts, of Buchan Concrete Solutions to the Roger Bullivant Group of Companies, for an undisclosed amount.
Buchan, based in Cheshire, employs 170 staff and generated revenues of £29m last year. Amec, which has industrial division headquarters in Darlington, employs more than 20,000 in the UK, US and Canada.
