OLIVER Carole The family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards of condolence in their sad loss and for the generous donations to Guide Dogs for the Blind. Special thanks to doctors and staff at Memorial Hospital and to Rev. Sue Chew for the lovely church service. Also many thanks to Whitehouse Funeral Service for their kind support.
