PITCHFORTH Julie The family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Thankyou also for the many cards and letters of condolence and kind donations to The Critical Care Unit at The Freeman Hospital. Special thanks to the loving and caring Staff at The Critical Care Unit, Rev. Jonathan Cooper for a lovely Service and Gavin Tyler of Barthram Funeral Service for his support and guidance. Finally, grateful thanks to all who attended the Thanksgiving Service in memory of Julie.
