SHUTTLEWORTH David Eva, Richard, Alison, Sam and Jack wish to thank relatives, friends, and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown on their sad loss of David, and for the many letters and cards of condolence received. Special thanks to Dr Lorraine Burton, the Macmillan and Haematology teams, the Fast Response Nurses and all the Staff of The Friarage Hospital that cared for David. Thanks also to Bluebird Care. Thank you to Rev William Thackray for a lovely service, to Owen Barthram Funeral Director for his services and guidance, to Allanda and staff of the Golden Lion for their hospitality. Grateful thanks to those who attended the service and gave generously in memory of David for The Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
