NORTON On November 14, now at peace, after an illness bravely borne. Joan (nee Taylor), aged 78 years, of Crook, formerly of Shildon. Beloved wife of the late James (Jim) and daughter of the late Thomas Swinbank and Florence, a dear sister to Lewis and the late Connie, George and Tom also a sister-in-law and aunt. Will friends please meet for service in St. Catherine's Chu-rch, Crook at 1.30 p.m. on Wednesday, Novem-ber 23, 2011 followed by interment in Shildon Cemetery.
