SMITHSON October 10, peacefully at his home in Darlington with his family beside him. Christopher John, dearly loved husband of Glenys, loving father of Claire and Nigel and dear father-in-law of Gayle. Funeral on Wednesday October 19. Will friends please meet for service in All Saints’ Church, Blackwell at 2.00 p.m. followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be sent for St. Teresa’s Hospice, The Woodlands, 91 Woodland Road, Darlington, DL3 7UA.
