ARMSTRONG (Shadforth) October 9, in hospital. Monica (nee Pritchard, formerly Shepherd), aged 82 years, wife of John Al, a loving mother of John and Jean, mother-in-law of Susan and Ian, treasured gran to Mark, Paul, Sarah and Stuart and will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral to take place on Friday, October 14. Would friends please meet for a service at Saint Cuthbert's Church Shadforth at 1.15 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium. No flowers please, by request. Any donations in lieu to The British Heart Foundation or Saint Cuthbert's Church.
