PATCHETT 26th April, suddenly but peacefully at home, Jon David aged 59 years. Dearly loved dad of Joshua and husband of Bernie, much loved son of Rita and Cliff, a dear brother of Jillian and Brian, also brother-in-law of Andrea and Adrian and a dear nephew, uncle and friend to many. Would relatives and friends please meet at St Andrews Church, Spennymoor for a service on Friday 20th May at 1:15pm followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
