RAFFELL John Of Derwent Road, Ferryhill. Passed away suddenly on October 17, aged 77. Dearly loved partner of Phyllis, much loved dad of Helen and Mike, cherished grandad of Rebecca and Kieron. Funeral to be held on Friday October 30, at 10.30am, Wear Valley Crematorium. Family flowers only.

An absolute gentleman. Taught my Husband and was my Daughter's form tutor at Spennymoor. They both adored him. Always stopped to have a chat, lovely man. Sending heartfelt condolences to his partner, family and friends. R.I.P ❤
