SOWERBY August 7, peacefully at home of Witton Castle, formerly of Dipton. John aged 74 years, a beloved husband to Evelyn, a much loved dad to Julie and granda to Hollie. Also a dearly loved uncle to John and Claire. A family funeral will take place at Wear Valley Crematorium on Wednesday, August 19 at 10.30am.

RIP my friend John. My family and I here in New Zealand send our condolences to Evelyn and family. I can still see your mother dragging us to school all those years ago its just like yesterday.
