MIDDLETON Dorothy (nee Evans) May 31, at home after bravely facing cancer. Dearly beloved wife of John Tyrell, devoted mother to John and Carole, dear mother-in-law to Nicola and Kevin and much loved gran of Sophie, Olivia and Oscar. Due to current restrictions, private ceremony only at Wear Valley crematorium on June 12. The funeral cortege will leave Dorothy's home in Sunnybrow at 11:45am and will pass by Parkside and St Stephen's C of E School, where Dorothy worked, and pause at St. Stephen's Church at approximately 12:00pm for prayers. Friends are welcome to come out to say farewell along the way. Family flowers only.
