HOLMES May 21, peacefully in hospital after an illness bravely borne with courage and dignity, Tracey of St Helen Auckland aged 55 years. A devoted daughter to Patricia, loving and much loved mam to Kirsty, beloved sister, auntie and a very good friend to many. A funeral service will be held at Wear Valley Crematorium on Thursday June 4 at 11.30am.
