CARR David Menzies of Darlington, aged 72 years, died peacefully in hospital on February 8, surrounded by his loving family, after he bravely fought his illness of many years and in the last 6 weeks. Adored husband of Joan and deeply loved dad of Nick and Phil, loving father-in-law of Lisa, devoted grandad of Riley, dearly loved brother and brother-in-law, loving uncle, great-uncle and cousin. A friend to everyone. "No tears, just smiles". Celebrate David's life in the colours you wear. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to St. Teresa's Hospice, a basket will be placed at the crematorium. Family and friends, please meet at Darlington Crematorium on Thursday February 20, 2020, at 2:45pm.
