HAUXWELL August 20, peacefully at Middleton Hall, formerly of Croft-on-Tees, Elsie, in her 99th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Wilfred and a loving mother, grandma and great-grandma. Funeral Thursday, August 29. Friends please meet for service in St. Peter's Church, Croft-on-Tees at 12:15pm, followed by private cremation. No flowers. Donations, if desired, may be sent for The British Heart Foundation c/o Seaton Leng & Son Ltd, 59a Bondgate, Darlington DL3 7JR.

Very sorry to hear this sad news. I have many fond memories of sitting in the kitchen at Croft and still have the old jewellery box that Elsie gave me.
