YULE Peacefully at home, after a long illness, on July 4, of Broompark. Dr John Charles, aged 72 years, retired G.P. from Meadowfield Surgery. Much loved husband of Margaret, loving brother to Jennifer, brother-in-law to Martin, Anne, Neil, a dear uncle to Gary, Steven, Kirsty, Olivia, a beloved son of the late Edith and Bert and a good friend to many. Friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Wednesday, July 17 at 1.00pm. All welcome for refreshments at The Honest Lawyer afterwards. Family flowers only please, donations for Macmillan Cancer Support and Mesothelioma UK may be given after the service.
