DOHERTY(Morpeth) Peacefully in hospital On April 12, 2019, aged 92 years Father James (Jim) a Priest of the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle for sixty seven years. A loving brother to Michael, Moira and the late Sister Shelagh and Dorothy, a loving uncle, great-uncle and great-great-uncle, loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends. Father Jim's body will be received into St Roberts RC Church, Morpeth on Wednesday, May 1 at 7.00pm. His Requiem Mass will be on Thursday, May 2 at 12 noon, followed by interment in Fairmoor Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Father Jim's favourite charities. R.I.P.
