PINKNEY Joan, nee Thornton, aged 79 years. Passed away peacefully at home in Melsonby on November 5. Dearly loved wife of Ken, much loved mother of Wendy, Trevor and Kevin, dear mother-in-law to Jimmy and Lisa, loving nanna to Carla, Adam, Reece, and Ross, treasured great-nanna to Archie and Vinnie, beloved sister to Nancy and Anne and sister-in-law to Ken. Funeral Service in St James Church, Melsonby on Thursday November 15, at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the cemetery. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Cancer Research UK and St James Church.
