McGOWAN Peacefully on September 13, Charles aged 101 years. (Retired headmaster of St Josephs School, Coundon). Much loved husband of the late Dorothy, loving dad of Michael and Margaret and father-in-law of Ann and Brian. Very loving and much loved granda of Martin, Michael, Paul, Clare, Anthony and Catherine and a devoted great-granda. Will family and friends please meet for a service in St Joseph's RC Church, Coundon, on Wednesday September 26 at 10.00 am. To be followed by interment in the churchyard. "On whose soul sweet Jesus have mercy"
