Saving the best until last, on May 27th in the Strathclyde Country Park, Susan Brown was hoping to qualify for Europe in the British Age Group Sprint Triathlon Championships. With a finishing time of 1:14:40, an amazing first in her age group, there was no need to wait for qualification confirmation. She was really pleased with the result as she wasn’t expecting a podium position, she just wanted to qualify.
