INCHILA will be sent off at nowhere near the 40-1 on offer in the Investec Oaks as she bids to prove her Epsom fourth was no fluke in today’s Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Trainer Peter Chapple-Hyam had felt that with a luckier run less than a fortnight ago, his filly might have finished in an even higher position, and her chance for compensation awaits in the Group Two event.
Barry Reilly, manager of owners-breeders Woodcote Stud Ltd, said: “It’s a massive day for us.”
