Gillford Park have had three points deducted for fielding a suspended player.
They fell foul of league rules in the Bank Holiday game against neighbours Whitehaven, when summer signing Wayne Robertson went on the field, even though he was serving a suspension.
Gillford won the match 4-1, and under league rules Whitehaven can ask for the game to be replayed -- which of course, they have done.
