Seaham Red Star have appointed Mark Collingwood as their new manager.
Collingwood has quit Northern Alliance club Hebburn Reyrolle, whom he has taken to second place in the Alliance, and he will be joined by his assistant Simon Johnson.
Seaham secretary Kevin Turns said: "They've had two very good seasons there, and as wellas winning promotion, they've won the Durham Minor Cup.
"Plus, they've got a win ratio of 78 per cent. We're hoping that they'll be able to bring some experienced players to the club, and put us into midtable. The last two seasons have been dreadful for us."
