Norton manager Andy Campbell quit soon after they won the Ernest Armstrong Cup today by 2-1 against neighbours Billingham Town.
Campbell, who has been in charge for three seasons, has also taken Norton to promotion after just missing out last season. Coaches Richie Storr and Phil Laverick have also left. "We want a new challenge" said the former Boro player.
Norton came from behind to achieve a promotion and cup double when they came from behind to beat neighbours Billingham Town in front of a 350 crowd at Thornaby and lift the Ernest Armstrong Memorial Trophy.
Town took the lead after 33 minutes when Gary Redman set up Drew Lambert to fire home, and they held on until second half stoppage time when Nicky Martin scored in a crowded penalty area.
And Martin got the winner in the first period of extra time, when he scored from an acute angle.
