Prospect: Blackford
JACK BLACKFORD, the Hartlepool born winger, has been offered a first professional deal with his hometown club.
Amid interest from both Manchester City and Aston Villa, the 17-year-old has impressed at Victoria Park this season in the youth and reserve side.
He travelled with the first team squad for the midweek defeat at Notts County and Pools have high hopes for the prospect, who has been with Pools' academy since the age of nine.
