Newcastle came back down to earth with a bang after England manager elect Harry Redknapp's Spurs put five past Magpies, who remain 1/3 to win the league without the big six but are out to 16/1 to gain what would be an incredible top four finish and with it a place in the Champions League.

Fate decreed that Thierry Henry would score the winner in the final minute of his last Premier League game for Arsenal on his latest loan spell at the Stadium of Light, but Martin O'Neill will have much to ponder this week ahead of next weekend's return visit of the Gunners in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Saturday.

The Black Cats are 14/1 with BetVictor to lift the Cup with Spurs and Chelsea 10/3 favourites and Liverpool 7/2 with the Gunners 6/1. Sunderland are 9/4 to win at the weekend in 90 minutes with a draw 23/10 and Arsenal at 5/4. The London side are 1 / 2 to qualify for the last eight with the Black Cats 6/4.

Boro's game at Ipswich was abandoned before half time on Saturday but all is set fair for the visit of Nottingham Forest tomorrow.

The game is vital at both ends of the table with Forest five points from safety after their 1-1 home draw with Watford. Boro sit ninth, without a win in the Championship since Boxing Day.

A win is imperative for Boro against a Forest side who are, arguably, better on the road than in front of their home supporters.

A win for Tony Mowbray's side could see them back into the play-off places and a shade of odds on at 20/21 looks a fair price given Forest's plight. The visitors are 10/3 for a shock with the draw 23/10 at betvictor.com.

The Champions League returns this week with favourites Barcelona travelling to Leverkussen on the back of another defeat in La Liga on Saturday evening.

No side on the planet can match them over two legs and they are a best price 6/4 to win their third Champions League in four years in Munich in May.

Before their return trip to Sunderland, Arsenal travel to the San Siro Milan to play AC in the Champions League on Wednesday. The Rossoneri haven't been at their best in recent weeks in La Liga but still top the table having gained a vital win at Udinese on Saturday.

Milan are even money to carry a lead into the second leg with the Gunners 13/5 and the draw at 9/4 with betvictor. I think the Italian side will carry a slim lead into the second leg and a 2-1 victor at 15/2 is the recommendation.
