You don't know what you're doing ringing around the stadium as Le Fondre slots in the second to put REading ahead.
4:33pm
A few chants of 'you don't know what you're doing' flying around after Cabaye - just back from injury - replaced by Bigirimana.
Newcastle - who have finally gone with two up front - could lose this. Reading pressing on. 1-1

GOAL: Newcastle 1 Reading 1, Le Fondre 71
Le Fondre equalises seconds after coming on and slots in Kebe cross. It's been coming. Newcastle have been second best second half.
4:20pm
Reading have had the better of the second half. Newcastle could do with stepping it up again or risk letting the lead slip.

After Mariappa and McAnuff doubled up to concede a free-kick, Cabaye marked his return to the team with a sweet free-kick in to the top corner from 19 yards.

WIGAN 1-2 SUNDERLAND: Fair play to Sunderland. Absolutely awful start but they've turned this game on its head.
Travelling supporters in full voice away to the left and rightly so. Their side are in control now.

Exceptional save from Reading keeper Federici to deny Cisse's first time volley. Great move involving Debuchy and Anita in build up. Still 0-0.

WIGAN 1-0 SUNDERLAND
The Black Cats have had two decent chances to draw level. N'Diaye and O'Shea have both seen headers go close from Larsson crosses.
Wigan knocking ball about well, though. Fast-paced start to the game.
3:12pm
Cisse has switched to the right and Shola has gone up front. Personally I'd stick them both up top and let Marveaux go wide.
3:09pm
Slow start at St James' Park. Newcastle starting with Shola Ameobi on the right of a three-man supply line behind Papiss Cisse. That'll never work ...
3:06pm
GOAL: Wigan 1-0 #SAFC. Vaughan deflects Ronnie Stam's shot into his own net. Sunderland hadn't dealt with Gomez and Beausejour on the left.

MARTIN O’NEILL has handed new signing Alfred N’Diaye his first start for Sunderland for this afternoon’s game against Wigan Athletic.
N’Diaye, who completed his £3.5m transfer from Bursaspor last week, came on as a substitute in last weekend’s win over West Ham United.
James McClean is the man to miss out at his expense, with Seb Larsson reverting to his natural position on the right, with Adam Johnson moving to the left.
Craig Gardner starts at right-back ahead of Phil Bardsley, while Jack Colback retains his place on the left.
Sunderland: Mignolet; Gardner, O’Shea, Bramble, Colback; Larsson, N’Diaye, Vaughan, Johnson; Sessegnon, Fletcher.
Subs: Westwood, Bardsley, Wickham, McFadden, Kilgallon, McClean, Elmohamady.
Wigan: Al Habsi; Stam, Caldwell, Boyce, Figueroa; Beausejour, McArthur, Gomez, McCarthy, Maloney, Di Santo.
Subs: Joel, Jones, Henrique, McManaman, Espinoza, Boselli, Golobart.
2:46pm
YOHAN CABAYE has been recalled for Newcastle United and is set to make his first start since November.
The French midfielder made his comeback against Norwich as a second half substitute but replaces James Perch in the centre of midfield against Reading.
The only other change to the Newcastle starting line-up sees Shola Ameobi come in alongside Papiss Cisse in attack. Gabriel Obertan, ineffective at Carrow Road, makes way.
NEWCASTLE UNITED (4-4-2): Krul; Debuchy, Williamson, Coloccini, Santon; Marveaux, Anita, Cabaye, Gutierrez; Ameobi, Cisse. Subs: Elliot (gk), Sammy Ameobi, Ranger, Taylor, Bigirimana, Perch, Obertan.
READING (4-4-2): Federici; Kelly, Mariappa, Pearce, Harte; McCleary, Leigertwood, Guthrie, McAnuff, Kebe; Pogrebnyak. Subs: Taylor (gk), Gunter, Karacan, Le Fondre, Hunt, Morrison, Akpan.
