IS Darlington council trying to fold local businesses through its new policy of charging us £5 per day when working for people who have permit parking only outside their properties? This is beyond belief.
The cost of work either goes up or we work at a slight loss.
Business is hard enough at the moment without this extra burden. Unloading and moving the vehicle is not an option when you work from it.
