WORK and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith claims there are plenty of jobs to be had.

He says there are 500,000 unfilled vacancies in Britain today, but would not elaborate what these jobs are or where they are located.

Iain Duncan Smith has had to echo Norman Tebbit’s speech to “Get on your bike” by urging the unemployed to travel the length and breath of the country by “Getting on the bus”.

The Work and Pensions Secretary’s own skills have not been matched to the job he is being paid to do – does he not realise petrol is £1.32 a litre and travelling across the country looking for work by bus does not come cheap.

Wake up Iain Duncan Smith, and don’t be such a fuel.
