LOOKING thorough Wednesday’s paper (Echo, Sept 30), in the Tender and Contracts section was an advert from County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service for the “development and supply of a bespoke Social Marketing Engagement Toolkit”.

Now I certainly was not the last in the line when the good lord gave out the grey matter, but I would like to know just what this entails.

Mechanics have toolkits, joiners and plumbers have toolkits, but it is the first I have heard of this type of toolkit.
