FOLLOWING my column (Echo, Dec 9) correspondent Eric Gendle (HAS, Dec 17) berates me for criticising the universal superstition of global warming without my supplying any evidence or reasoning for my views.
If he will consult back issues of The Northern Echo he will discover that I wrote a leader page article on this subject some time ago.
