I CANNOT possibly understand why we have such vast differences in the wages structures in the so-called modern world of today.
Why should business directors, so-called executive management and supermarket bosses award themselves such high annual salaries and bonuses, while shopfloor managers earn low salaries and shopfloor employees earn such low wages? Surely it is time for some rethinking to be done.
