FURTHER to my letter in support of Gordon Brown (HAS, May 21) I would add a word about "The Vicar of Doom", columnist Peter Mullen, whose recent attack on Mr Brown (Echo, May 13) surpassed all his previous efforts.
The Anglican faith preaches "goodwill to all men". This latest outburst could provoke a "mass"
exodus to the Catholic faith.
