FURTHER to the judgement in the High Court when the judge found in favour of Sir Cliff Richard against the BBC on impingement of Cliff’s privacy rights.

Most people would feel sorry for Cliff as this case took its toll on Cliff’s health.

The BBC are considering an appeal.

The main issue is whether people that come under investigation should not be named until they are charged.

What can be seen is that many in the media want the BBC to appeal, as Cliff’s court victory could restrict or stop the reporting of suspects under investigation, until they get charged.

Anyone that has had dealings with the BBC journalism will know that they tend to be very thorough, but fair.

Did the BBC cross the line with another national treasure when they reported on Cliff? The judge did.
