WHILST I agree that Darlington has gone downhill of late, I think it still has good points, for example a new cinema, restored theatre, the best leisure centre in the area, and its historic church.
The best though is the location – on a main line railway, near the coast, lakes, cultural cities, and beautiful dales. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
