IT WOULD be nice, and environmentally friendly as well as less of an eyesore, if the people who use Bourne Avenue (in Darlington) to access the school and Eastbourne Sports centre could refrain from depositing litter on the road and in the shrubbery.
Failing this maybe a more vigorous application of anti-litter prosecution patrols could be implemented.
