I WAS over the moon to see that ITV were reviving one of my favourite old programs, Stars in their Eyes, but switching over to watch it on Saturday night I was miserably disappointed.
I couldn't make out if I was watching a talent show, a slapstick comedy or It'll Be All Right on the Night. The greatest mistake was appointing Harry Hill the presenter, a man whose own image seems more important than the contestants.
He literally murdered, what once was, a wonderful show.
