WHEN will the powers that be realise that the reinternment of King Richard III is not a local issue.
It is of national importance to reinter a King of England in an appropriate place, in a dignified manner, with a Catholic service and a tomb which suitably honours the last of the Plantagenets. I live in Epsom.
This is not about York versus Leicester. This is about what is right for Richard III.
