POLICE are appealing for the owner of a horse tethered next to a busy Teesside road.
The horse was removed by police this afternoon (Thursday) when it was found running loose near to the NHS centre, Flatts Lane in Eston.
Last week, police reported on two other loose horses on the A174 but to date the owners still have not come forward and time is running out for them to be claimed back.
Anyone with any information about who the owners of the horses are, is asked to contact PC Michael Pilbeam via the Cleveland Police non-emergency number 101 or contact Crimestoppers on 0800-555-111.
