A WOMAN tricked her partner into climbing to the top of Blackpool Tower so she could deliver a leap year proposal.
Louise Forder, 31, had written "Marry me?" in 30ft letters in the sand below. Robert Green, Louise's boyfriend of four years, said "yes".
