A MAN who was arrested for playing classical music on his violin while stark naked outside a courthouse has lost his claim that police violated his rights.
Musician Matthew Mglej, 26, stripped off outside the courthouse in Portland in a protest about transparency in criminal justice but was arrested for indecent exposure.
His claim for $1.1 million in damages has now been rejected by a judge.
